It can be difficult to find the right place to build your business. After nearly 20 years and 2,000 transactions, I've learned a few things that have taught me what I need to run a thriving real estate business and still enjoy a good quality-of-life.
Most companies give you some help but for the most part, you're expected to create everything you need from the ground up. This is a time consuming and expensive endeavor that just distracts you from your primary goal of working with clients.
My goal is to provide an environment that allows agents to focus on their clients, not administrative tasks, allowing them to earn more and enjoy a better quality of life. It took years of hard work and constant financial investment to build an office that can provide the right mix of personal administrative support, technology and marking tools that every agent needs to operate a serious business.
Above all, we insist on maintaining a positive environment where agents can rely on ownership, staff and on each other for support. No agent at our office will ever be viewed as a number or feel as if they can't have one on one support every day. Offering the tools and resources of a big company with the personal guidance and feel of a small office is at the core of how we feel a business should be run.
