“Listening, understanding, and providing clients with support and knowledge is paramount to my role in making the process as smooth and stress free as possible.” Patricia is a tireless advocate for her clients and represents them with the upmost honesty and integrity.  She specializes in first time home buyers, income eligible loan products, and real estate investment opportunities in Maryland.

Patricia is a former client and current Board Member of Interfaith Housing Alliance in Frederick, MD and a member of the Frederick County Affordable Housing Council. She is passionate about affordable housing, community involvement and helping people reach their own “lofty” goals.
