Katie’s love for real estate began 15 years ago when she purchased her first home. While it was an exciting time, it was also very stressful, and it is that stress that she hopes to eliminate from the process for her clients. Whether buying, selling, or renting, she believes it should be an enjoyable experience, and will do everything in her power to make it as such for her clients.

With over 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry, she has become an expert at anticipating people’s needs. She has a way of putting people at ease, and putting a smile on their faces with her gentle, kindhearted nature.

Katie grew up in Montgomery County, and moved to Frederick with her family in 2008.  As a mother of 4, she knows the importance of finding the perfect place to raise a family, and has found that in Frederick. She has had the joy of watching her children thrive in sports and academics in their community. In addition to real estate, she loves spending time outdoors with her family, and frequenting local Vintage furniture and thrift stores.

Katie is a member of the Frederick County Association of Realtors, the Maryland Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and the Metropolitan Regional Information System.
