Her journey began in 1999, when she first stepped into the business with a passion for helping people achieve their real estate goals. Over the years, that passion has grown into a multifaceted career that spans sales, leadership, training, mentorship and operational management.
As a key member of the Premier Group of Long & Foster, Chrissy quickly became recognized for her strategic and operational acumen. When the Premier Group launched in 2013, she stepped into a vital leadership role that would help shape the foundation of what has become one of the top-producing real estate teams in the region. As Operations Manager, Chrissy oversaw the development of more than 50 agents, managing the intricate systems, processes, business planning and implementation, and support structures with a constant focus to drive efficiency and long-term growth.
Her leadership helped guide the team to remarkable achievements—over $182 million in annual sales and more than $1 billion in total transactions—but for Chrissy, the true success was in cultivating a culture of mentorship, collaboration, and excellence. She took pride in training new and seasoned agents alike, helping them build sustainable businesses rooted in integrity, expertise, and care for their clients.
After years of leading from behind the scenes, Chrissy returned to her first love: working directly with clients. Today, she brings that same leadership mindset and operational insight into every transaction she handles. Having managed countless deals across multiple agents and clients, she has seen just about every challenge a transaction can present—and she knows how to help her clients avoid them. From contract negotiations and inspections to timelines and financing, Chrissy anticipates the details that can save her clients time, money, and unnecessary stress.
In addition to her extensive experience in sales and team leadership, Chrissy also has a deep foundation in new construction sales and management. Her background includes working directly with builders, developers, and contractors, giving her first-hand insight into budgeting, cost analysis, and profit margins for large scale new construction developments and projects. This understanding allows her to provide invaluable guidance to clients considering new builds and investment opportunities—bridging the gap for buyers between the vision of a home and the financial realities of bringing it to life –but also bridging the gap for builders and developers on managing a set budget to meet profit margins and schedules.
Her approach is proactive, thorough, and deeply personal. She treats each client’s sale or purchase as if it were her own, ensuring that every step of the process is handled with care, precision, and open communication. Whether guiding a first-time buyer through the excitement of purchasing their first home, helping a family move into their next chapter, or advising investors on maximizing returns, Chrissy’s focus remains the same: to make the process as smooth and rewarding as possible.
