Sarah Mauzy

Sarah attended West Virginia University and graduated with her bachelor’s degree in Psychology in
2019. She transferred from Potomac State College of WVU, where she received her associate degree in
Psychology and Sociology in 2017 and also competed on the volleyball team for her two years there. At

Sarah attended West Virginia University and graduated with her bachelor’s degree in Psychology in
2019. She transferred from Potomac State College of WVU, where she received her associate degree in
Psychology and Sociology in 2017 and also competed on the volleyball team for her two years there. At
West Virginia University, she participated in a research lab, in addition to her studies, where she
formulated research questions, conducted statistical analyses, and presented her research at local and
out-of-state conferences. After graduating, Sarah continued with her love of volleyball by becoming an
assistant coach for her former head coach. Also, during that time, she worked as a residence life
specialist and a teaching assistant at PSC.
Sarah was raised in Short Gap, West Virginia; a small town just outside of Cumberland, MD. After
graduating college, she has lived in White Marsh, MD; Keyser, WV; Burlington, NC; Apex, NC; and now
Frederick. Living in many different places over a short period of time allowed her to experience different
cities and communities and appreciate what makes a place feel like home. As a Frederick resident since
2021, Sarah has quickly been captivated by the charm and sense of community in the area. Moving to
Frederick helped her realize her passion for real estate, and she and her husband decided to put down
roots here.
Sarah is passionate about helping people on their journey of finding a place that feels like home; just as
she has done in her own life. She believes it is a special time that should be cherished as a major
development in someone’s life. Whether it be for those finding a first home or those finding a forever
home, Sarah is committed to making the process an easy, efficient, and enjoyable experience. Her
degree in Psychology, as well as working in customer service, academia, and collegiate athletics, has
allowed her to hone her interpersonal and problem-solving skills and produce results with a common
goal in mind. Sarah is excited to be affiliated with the Premier Group and looks forward to helping you
