Nicole Mayhew

Nicole is a lifelong Maryland resident. She grew up in Frederick County. After graduating from Catoctin High School in 2004, Nicole began pursuing a Legal Degree. During her college career she worked at Citi Mortgage and Wells Fargo Mortgage. Her experience in the mortgage industry sparked her interest in real estate. Nicole is a lifelong Maryland resident. She grew up in Frederick County. After graduating from Catoctin High School in 2004, Nicole began pursuing a Legal Degree. During her college career she worked at Citi Mortgage and Wells Fargo Mortgage. Her experience in the mortgage industry sparked her interest in real estate. Nicole graduated with her Paralegal Certification and began working as a Paralegal in Montgomery County. She worked for several years alongside a well respected attorney in Damascus, MD who handles a wide array of real estate transactions. She gained a significant amount of knowledge in the real estate industry during her time as a paralegal as well as discovering her passion to become a real estate agent.

After marrying her husband and having two children, Nicole decided to pursue a career as a realtor. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, working with her horses and traveling. Nicole is also a assistant preschool teacher at her children’s school. Nicole is eager to help her clients in anyway she can.  Her extensive knowledge and experience in the mortgage industry provides her client with a unique expertise.
