A career marketing and business development professional turned Realtor, Erica brings a very unique set of skills to Long & Foster. Her diverse background includes experience working in the National Football League (NFL), Major League Baseball (MLB), collegiate sports, various non-profit organizations, professional service firms, large scale events, and even healthcare, affording her the ability to support clients with a holistic view of how marketing can be used to help sell and buy homes. Erica operates at a rare intersection of marketing & sales by leveraging creative and business approaches in tandem to construct one-of-a-kind strategies. 

Born and raised in Texas, she received her Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing with a minor in Journalism, Public Relations, and New Media from Baylor University in 2016. Shortly after graduating from Baylor, she moved to the Washington D.C. metro area and began to pursue her Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Maryland. While working full-time in downtown D.C., Erica successfully completed her MBA within two years and graduated in August 2020. 

Boasting strong business acumen, a competitive nature, high levels of attention to detail, and a love for creativity, Erica looks forward to combining her different life experiences to assist individuals and families alike find their forever homes! Understanding that the purchase of real estate is likely one of the largest financial transactions people will make in their lifetime, Erica aims to walk along-side, and develop meaningful relationships with, her clients to create partnerships that go beyond the transaction by focusing on trust, comfortability, and mutual goals. 

Living an active lifestyle, Erica enjoys working out, hiking, and snowboarding (when weather allows). The eldest of three, she is extremely close with her family and often travels to meet up with them to explore different places together. Erica is a proud “dog-mom” to an Australian Shepherd and Shiba Inu and is always open to receive recommendations on the latest and greatest “destruction resistant” dog toys that can stand against her two very active chewers!
