Dennis Burkhart

Dennis has been working with Maryland residents in an effort to accommodate their real estate needs, both in selling and buying of homes. In addition to being licensed in MD, he also holds a Pennsylvania license. Dennis is a Pittsburgh native and graduated from Penn State with a degree in accounting. Dennis has been working with Maryland residents in an effort to accommodate their real estate needs, both in selling and buying of homes. In addition to being licensed in MD, he also holds a Pennsylvania license. Dennis is a Pittsburgh native and graduated from Penn State with a degree in accounting. His first job out of college brought him to Washington, DC, where he started his career on Capitol Hill for a joint committee of congress. From there, Dennis moved on to a hospital chain, serving as CFO for hospitals in various parts of the country. His career transitioned to managed care finance with various insurance carriers, such as Travelers, AIG and Fireman’s Fund. Dennis has extensive experience in pricing and contract negotiations, which has served him well in real estate in regards to maximizing results for his customers.

Dennis relocated back to the Frederick area to be near his 3 daughters Dennis is quite familiar with the Maryland and resides locally. Dennis is a member of the Frederick County Association of Realtors, Maryland Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.
