Hi there, I'm Blake Haegele! I grew up and currently live in Mt. Airy, MD but have previously lived in Federal Hill, Frederick, and Middletown. I am a 2017 Graduate of The University of Maryland and hold a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing. 

Real Estate and helping people are my two greatest passions and I am fortunate to wake up everyday and practice what I love most. Prior to real estate, I worked in restaurants/ bars for 12 years; I traded making cocktails for making marketing plans. My real estate career began after college, working for a local builder as a New Homes Sales Consultant. After learning the in's and out's of the industry, I decided to follow my dreams and make a jump into residential brokerage. I have been licensed since 2019 and have sold over 50 units and 20 Million in volume. 

My clients' needs are most important to me and I won't stop until the job is done; successfully. I pride myself in exceptional and responsive customer service.  I am an open book and there are no "dumb" questions. My promise is to always provide a solution, ensure a transaction is as seamless as possible, and recommend professional vendors specific to one's needs. I work with all types of clients; first-time buyers (I don't pick favorites, but if I did...), first-time sellers, up-sizers, down-sizers, estate sales, investors, relocations, and short-sales. 

I cover Frederick County, Carroll County, Howard County, Montgomery County, Anne Arundel County, Baltimore County, Baltimore City, Washington County, Hartford County, and of course the amazing Ocean City in Worcester County. No job is too small or too large to tackle and I'll ensure we'll cross the finish line together. 

Outside of real estate, I love spending time with my amazing fiance Antonio, playing tennis, traveling anywhere warm, trying new restaurants, and of course keeping up with my favorite reality tv shows. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, Maryland Association of Realtors, and Frederick County Association of Realtors. I have received many awards ranging from Rookie Of The Year, Fastest Growing Agent, 2021 Top 15% of Homesnap Agents, and 2020 Top 25% of Homesnap Agents.
